Ready, Set, Go! ISTE Is Coming To Chicago!

Want to learn tech skills?  Don’t miss this conference.

I’ve had the chance to experience a tech conference before and it is absolutely mind blowing.  If you want to learn tech skills, this conference is the place to be.  Next year ISTE (International Society for Technology in Education) will be in Chicago, and it will be easy to access for the folks in the Midwest.   There are tons of workshops, exhibitors, and opportunities to meet many of the tech guru’s from your favorite blogs, and twitter handles.  Don’t miss out!

The One To Watch

Hi everyone,

I’ve been selected as a finalist to win an award through the Chicago Public Schools technology department.  I had to produce a short two-minute video (it was hard to get the most important things highlighted), that summarized why I should be one of the chosen winners.  I also submitted written information and will be interviewed.  So take a look at the video I made with the web-based tool Animoto (plus version).  You can click the link below, The One To Watch.  I hope you enjoy my creation, and wish me luck.  Winners will be announced by Dec. 21st, 2012.  The conference will be held in Feb. 2013.
